Highly unprofessional and rude. Even their website haven’t been updated since 2021 it seems. There are much better options out there

It was the worst experience in my life. I regret having trusted this woman, I asked her how much she charges for her service (she told me that it would be 35 dollars per hour and that it only takes 3 hours) but then she said that it would be 100 dollars and then she said that it would be 145 dollars, she raises the price often, the only thing I wanted to modify in my dress were the long sleeves. But, she, Without MY Approval cut the zipper of my dress, because she didn't like it, she also looked for or created more "problems" to fix, she is very rude, she said that my dress is garbage, crap, cheap, poor and on several occasions she threw my wedding dress on the floor. She promised that in 10 days I could go for the dress, however 10 days became a month in which the dress was not even fixed. When I tried to talk to her to let her know what I wanted in my dress she spoke above me, she over speak to me, I am Latina, English is my second language, maybe that's why she took advantage of it, I felt too vulnerable. She doesn't know what customer service is, DON'T Hire HER Services if you don't want to go through experiences like that, she ruined what was supposed to be a beautiful experience. She was not friendly with an immigrant. Because of her I had to change my event, now I have to pay more for the arrangement and I lost a lot of time.
